That RCE is very well funded for at least the next 2 years, with this in mind, consider that. - There is no need for capital raisings, thus no opportunity for institutions to enter at a discount price. - There will most likely be no other opportunity to obtain stock off market. - That Graham Melrose is unlikely to sell shares, and if he does it will be to a very select invited group.
That the only real way to obtain a decent holding is to buy on market and manipulate the share price until they cannot hold it back anymore.
Very often the most desired things people want are the very things in limited supply. I want a Ferrari Challenge Stradale, unfortunately there are only about 1200 cars manufactured in total, EVER, of that there are probably only 200 right hand drive cars in the world.
