Would it be a participant of the last CR? Surely not. Unless they got in very low, whoever it is is likely incurring a loss in an effort to keep the price down. Maybe a competitor or potential acquirer?
Is there some way companies can access the IP addresses (for general locations) of the accounts that trade? Ie if the trades are coming from Chi-X, can a company who owns a listing ask for trader data?
