Big Pharma and the legal profession are very similar in the 90s there were cases won against pharmaceutical companies for autism caused by the MMR vaccine ,then years later it was shown to be a fraud by the money not re payed,for many laws suits the cheapest way out is to pay up rather than go through the courts for years,then there is the litigation funders where in some cases the litigation company collects more than the complainant and in one publicized case where the $5 million win nothing was left for the workers.
