The shareholder structure is strong, with 56% held by Recce (insiders, management etc..) and 11% held by institutions (from latest company presentation).
The company is in the position to reject any low ball offer and simply stop any hostile takeover attempt. Luckily retail do not have any majority, since they are typically the ones with the weak hands and the ignorance to accept any lowball offer.
So I think that the offer would have to be "serious" for management to entertain and accept it. Ultimately anything they accept, would make us all here significantly wealthier!
