Yup. I watch the SP and gloat over it as I only paid .22c for it and have long since held it free after selling enough to pay for it at $1.63. I suspect it is the plaything of some large speculator who is managing the price through strategic buys and sells- could even be called manipulation- and I have the patience and expectation to hold RCE for a lengthy time until they are taken over, worst case, or start production and make money themselves. My experience with little beauties like RCE is they never reach production themselves as the majors wait until all the hard work is done and then step in and squeeze the small investors out by a takeover.
