In reference to the sepsis phase 1 trial the interviewer asked at 1:35 into the interview : "What are the plans for phase 2 or when might that happen?"
Mr Graham didn't answer the question. He talked about the burns trial instead.
Maybe Mr Graham is over in America trying to secure a licensing deal and have someone else foot the bill for potentially very expensive sepsis trials?
Pure speculation of course.
