IMHO , Looks like Price suppression , someone trying to hold it back as long as possible to to acquire shares on Positive Data being dropped any day.... reduces risk and allows certainty of SP upward movement and IMHO RCE will head north of $1.20
Usually I'm a fixed margin Trader 20% suits me all day long But with RCE mine will be available $1.15
IMHO , Looks like Price suppression , someone trying to hold it...
