I am sensing both increased positiveness (at the Burns results) and increased nervousness that big Pharma will somehow get RCE cheap
let's think this through
it is a revolutionary product (aka facebook, google, apple, forget pharmaceuticals)
this is a tightly held stock, per most recent shareholder register update, the top 20 hold over 50% of stock
in fact the top 5 including CEO hold over 30% of stock
a hostile on or off market takeover has zip chance unless top 5 holders think it is a good deal ... then it is
yes the current price has been depressed and I am sure the top 20 shareholders haven't dropped their expectations
this ain't a third world country, if someone accumulates more than 5% of stock, the company needs to notify substantial shareholder
if someone is sneaky and attempts to build multiple unassociated holdings, it will eventually fall apart with tight vigilant shareholder base
I am sure our very experienced management team is not only covering product development but also looking to maximise takeover leverage
( remember management can't control low volume price manipulation just like big pharma cant control high volume supply demand price trajectory)
keep the faith
