I see it more as a basing pattern since Oct 2020, with a bit of accumulation and/or trading going on. IMO it has held OK considering the big run up last year
The vol has been below average & is dropping. Just waiting for news & this will be a strong base to launch off - assuming the news is good, which IMO it will be.
Once RCE gets some good news re various trials, over the next few months, we may get a a sniff of who the big pharma is that is the front runner.
I guess it depends on your investing/trading time horizon.
