    Firstly, the pattern appears to be that when you sell, the price goes up; and when you buy, the price goes down.

    Ergo, if anyone sold you shares at .935, it would only serve to drive the price down even lower.
    Why would anyone do that?

    Secondly, accordingly to your "outstandingly accurate" opinion, the share price will be within your desired price range shortly...all you need to do is wait.
