I think there were questions about those sort of things in USA with regeneron's covid treatment. I don't think it was approved as yet but Trump got access, and I read somewhere others could get access if they were in high risk group and asked. Similar to Special access schemes I guess.
I guess it also shows that even though 327 was listed as sas access for sepsis in hospitals this latest announcement must confirm it was not used otherwise they would surely let us know.
