That's a loaded question no one in their right mind will give you a definitive answer on! If I was sure about increases in stock prices and was right, I wouldn't be on hotcopper, but on some huge mega yacht touring the world for the rest of my life !
Charting is an art not a science. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think the Mona Lisa is a dreadful painting but many would disagree. Do not base any investing decisions on anyone else's opinions, including mine.
From my perspective, I believe the current price action is constructive to stem the falls and build for future appreciation. I also do not think RCE products can fly under the radar that much longer. JG has stated there have been and will be meetings with big pharma. An outcome could take months though.
