hi and welcome. one of the main components of share price is market capitalisation, which is share price x number of shares on issue. A company could have a market cap or MC of 100 million. If it has a billion shares on issue shareprice or SP would be 10c. By same token if company only has 100 million shares on issue sp would be $1 for same market cap. Rce's big plus is it only has around 150 million shares on issue, so for even a relatively small mc change sp can move a lot. current mc pre phase 1 for rce is $185mil. At the moment I compare it to pyc which is also pre phase 1 with a totally different target that appears to be much smaller global need, they have mc of 352 mil. So we could already be same as that, or double current share price, without even getting results. No earnings makes estimating price difficult but many companies mc are valued as multiples of earnings. If we thought rce could potentially earn 100 million in a year then a mc of 1 billion might be justified, which gives sp of around $6. Work your way up from there I think.
