I was wondering the same myself through this week.
On the back of the announcements on Tuesday and Thursday, I expected a much stronger surge.
Maybe it's just the overall global weight of doom and gloom, triggering risk avoidance.
We just need to be patient, and the surge will happen next week.
I seem to recall there was a delayed reaction leading up to the SP surges in both May and July.
