Most "good" bacteria are in the gut, but specifically in the lower intestinal tract rather than in the stomach (where it's heliobacter pylori that causes stomach ulcers). I understand that RECCE's compound (RCE-435) does not survive long enough to reach the "good bacteria" in the lower digestive tract (but I can't remember where I read that).
