Chemeq had delays & additional costs when constructing the manufacturing plant along with a finance facility that basically called in the loan that resulted in their downfall.
It appears that Recce are using the same synthetic aldehyde Chemyde as the API & own the patents. This time they are targeting the more lucrative but highly regulated human pharmaceutical applications in leau of veterinary applications.
I believe that the science is already proven albeit in animals & it will be a matter of how good Recce are at commercializing the products alone or with a big pharma partner.
