Depends how you look at it. Couple of weeks ago you could pay $1.60+ for a company that was running very low on cash.
Now you can buy in cheaper than soph investors at sub 1.30 into a company about to commence at least one if not 2 phase 1 trials and has 28 million dollars in the bank.
if I was looking to buy in now would be the best time in last few months.
