I figured out where I saw it. Marketindex website
has a listing of directors transactions. I often check those type of things as that is how I first found rce when James was buying on market a couple of years ago. For some reason they have options listed at $1.03. Marketindex is good site to check mc and shares on issue. Obviously not so good for director trades.
