with a large sell order below the market to try and pull it down and then they trade small volumes like 650 shares etc at 57 cents to try and push the price down.
This happens virtually every afternoon up to and just after trading time.
As an outcome, the cheapest RCE stock price is at the end of the day for those wanting to acquire and for those wanting to screw the shorter that is also a good time to enter.
