true sorry for my language “ silly” but i personally consider that fda approval trial parameters that insist on perusing higher and higher dosage levels until cohorts get sick or have unacceptable affects from the dosage are silly stupid and unsafe unethical etc etc surely once the toxicity trial has progressed to well beyond the expected efficacy level of dosage by multiple times it should be terminated and deemed safe so its more than silly its stupid as
