Look if RCF wanted TMT so badly why did they start buying AVL on market and the invest another $15 mill. What’s going to happen if this merger doesn’t go through and RCF decides that they are going to cut their losses with TMT and get out what then with the TMT shareholders. Absolutely nothing except their share price will completely tank.
If RCF thought TMT could go it alone they would have stayed and invested only with them.
Open your eyes and read the writing on the wall.
Yes I hold both companies shares and see what’s happening here. Whether you like the terms or not it’s going to be better than if TMT going alone now. The damage will be done.
