What’s going to happen if this merger doesn’t go through and RCF decides that they are going to cut their losses with TMT and get out what then with the TMT shareholders. Absolutely nothing except their share price will completely tank.
If RCF thought TMT could go it alone they would have stayed and invested only with them.
Open your eyes and read the writing on the wall.
Yes I hold both companies shares and see what’s happening here. Whether you like the terms or not it’s going to be better than if TMT going alone now. The damage will be done.

You are right Hemmo...some share holders are so emotionally attached to a decision that they cant see the wood for the trees.
Just get the process happening and look forward to an exciting and profitable future.
