    AVL have said 12-1

    We are going to say no.

    If enough of us say no, AVL either put forward an improved offer or go around.

    The hostility towards TMT no-voters is a disgrace. AVL shares are trading at 2c a share today, if I offered you 2.4c (20% premium) you'd probably say no too.
