TMT just needs to buy the shovels. Directors also need to take stock of their responsibilities and maybe pull the merge. If this is beaten at a shareholder vote I do not see how the directors can stay. It would be a shame to lose one of them It would not surprise me if a TO was initiated. Don't think it will get up but would give prospective bidder a foot in the door. Or increase the size of the foot already there. The strategy was not good maybe if AVL had its consolidation first (20 / 1) I don't want to have 5.5 million shares in a company with 8b SOI No one takes specy miners with more than a billion SOI seriously.
