There is no shortage of justifications and so called expert opinions around.
Once you strip away all the BS.
There is no EPA approval.
There is no agreement with first nations.
There are no MOUs set in stone.
There is a CEO who thinks he will be better off merging his company.
There is a fund manager who thinks that ALL will be better off with a merger.
we shareholders should simply ask ourselves " what will my financial position be if this merger doesn't proceed " ?
If our answer is ,,we will be better off..
May I suggest that we are simply delusional.
