well it's simple, TMT management have declared they can't go alone so if it fails then your share price will tank and eventually over time stale holders will take their losses and move on. Have you not heard of hostile takeover?? anything is possible especially now TMT management have thrown their hands the air. AVL have plenty of cash and electrolyte plant about to come online so I would think they have plenty of time . Either way I'm enjoying watching the Tmt sookfest Avl has already been a life changer for me so anything more is just icing on the cake
