I think RCF will try anything now to brute force the deal going through as is, now it's dawning on them that thinking we're all powerless fools was a mistaken strategy.
If they thought all that needed to happen was TMT's share price to dwindle on the back of no news for 3/4 of a year, and they could offer a 'premium' on whatever low it could reach right before bigger news like EPA progress/approvals, resource upgrade, updated financials would need to be released, and shareholders would be all in, well absolutely they played this wrong.

They seem to have not bet on (at all) that TMT holders know what's up, know the potential and value that our shares would have when EPA approval comes through. And know the value of TMT's development strategy to make this resource profitable.
They recognised the value but it's odd to them that shareholders have the same sentiment?

We all all familiar with that price curve for Explorers to Producers, and coming in with a lowball offer right at the base of when most holders expect their long patient wait will start coming to fruition, well please don't be surprised that some are not impressed.

I didn't read this article as a beatdown of the no voters, but they also did little to make getting the deal done on any terms sound attractive.

For a groups of undoubtedly smart individuals, they seem in over their heads at this point and are not making smart decisions to get on top of it again.
