Goodness. You sound a bit rattled.
What do they want at AVL - Honestly, besides the name, no idea.
how about the refreshed board?(Nb AVL also has a US board member who’s on the board of US Vanadium too [ref] ) - seriously? $15m for 'The Board'
They want that MOU with US vanadiun - worthless bit of paper for them to ship ore 15,000 to Geraldton by Sea as AVL don't produce any themselves.
They want AVL’s downstream connections - Vsun - "We sell batteries from a wide variety of manufacturers including Invinity Energy Systems, CellCube, Sumitomo and VFlow Tech" - that's from their website.
VSun sell other companies batteries - they don't make their own (Except the half-built one in a shed in Wangara)
They don't produce electrolye.
What do they actually do?
They want the patent - The Vanadium Processing Circuit - known to everyone else as 'a washplant' - you bet RCF are dying to get that.
They want the name - I'll give you that
They want the contract with WA’s state energy supplier - For a SINGLE 22kWh battery
and they want so much more - Such as?
'You are no asset to your ‘anti merger’ group' - I should bloody well hope not. Anybody who decides their vote on a SOA based on random posts on HotCopper deserves all they get.
No voters are voting No because they have done their own research.
Goodnight.
