That comment doesn’t make sense at any level

What do they want at AVL ?

how about the refreshed board?

(Nb AVL also has a US board member who’s on the board of US Vanadium too [ref] )
They want that MOU with US vanadiun

They want AVL’s downstream connections.

They want the patent.

They want the name

They want the contract with WA’s state energy supplier

.. and they want so much more!

RCF has invested more money into AVL than TMT as you well know, and the last $15m was earmarked ‘regardless of whether the merger goes through or not!’

And what you post might seem like ‘fun’ to you, but you are no asset to your ‘anti merger’ group because your credibility drops with every post like this that you make.

well said Sabine, no doubt RCF will have a plan B if the takeover does fail but I'm doubtful it will. RCF have enough shares, money and time to outmaneuver a few holders that obviously got in at the top. They can simply short the shit out of TMT let in languish in the low single digits and eventually do a hostile takeover This is entertaining to watch unfold
