"Whatever happened to Prentice as the CEO of TMT, and his obligation to act for the best outcomes for his shareholders ? Its a case of sorry folks, I see my future lies with AVL, let's just forget TMT"

Yup, you'd almost think that some people had to get the takeover done to save their own skins. Almost.

And yes, I clearly meant unrefined vanadium, not ore in regards to the shipping.

The point is no less valid.

A business plan to import vanadium 15000km to turn into electrolyte is idiotic. And then to put it into another companies battery doubles-down on it.

"Who is VSUN Energy partnering with in this strategy?

VSUN Energy is involved with a range of different stakeholders throughout the battery storage market.

This includes battery makers, renewable installers and electrolyte producers.

We sell batteries from a wide variety of manufacturers including Invinity Energy Systems, CellCube, Sumitomo and VFlow Tech.

The company is open to collaboration with all energy market participants"

If you were going to buy a Vanadium based battery, would you buy from a middle-man (AVL) or just go direct to the manufacturers?

Sumitomo will ship customers a ready to go Vanadium Storage Battery before the first shipment of unrefined Vanadium gets here from USA to AVL?

I'll say it again - AVL offer nothing to this 'Takeover' that TMT doesn't already have. Except a better name. TMT is a bit rubbish as a name TBH.

Unless you count the 'revolutionary' Kiln / Washplant combo 'The Vanadium Processing Circuit' or it's massive contract with WA's Horizon - for one, single piddly 22KWh battery - with this proviso......

"The agreement between Horizon Power and VSUN Energy can be terminated if completion is not achieved by March 28, 2024"

But, yeah, TMT really needs all those AVL assets.

    IMHO DYOR
