I might have more comfort with the current offer IF there was some inisght into, to name just four concerns that I have:

1) The development plan didn't involve trucks carrying 99% waste to Geralton for processing and coming back empty, which adds up to colossal Opex and large carbon footprint which ever way you slice it

2) That the heavily oxidized non-TMT ore is able to be processed in a Capex and Opex efficient manner

3) A combined co-product strategy that adds up to enable lower Opex

4) where the interim source of V2O5 for the under construction electrolyte plant is going to come from while a mine is being built

Otherwise, if I'm getting screwed, I prefer to be told at least be told " I love you" while it is happening.
