why did they agree? maybe Ian didn't want to upset he's biggest investor? maybe Ian has a weak board and chairman and they are a bit deflated with current V price and aren't looking out on the horizon.
RCF prob agreed cause they own both in similar ratios. what they lose by getting a crap deal on TMT they gain with AVL.
was watching money of mines talking about SOA and they say the voter turn out is generally less then 50 percent. that 9 percent maybe very significant.
in my view it's very unlikely to get up in its current form and I'll likely have zero influence on the result. it will likely come down to a handful of investors in the top 20
its in AVLs hands mate. if they want it to happen they'll up the offer. end of story
