Agree entirely. One wonders why RCF don't just make a straightforward takeover offer to TMT in cash ? They own around 19%, and are at the tipping point. This is the usual trajectory to consolidate or improve projects, if that's how you view it. Then with TMT shareholder approval, they decide whatever they wanted to do with the assets. Why haven't they done this ? Why are TMT holders being offered instead script in an already over diluted share base in an V developer that is still many years from production ?
