Anthony Barich is a highly reputed commodity journalist (linked in profile);



And,  by his linkedin profile, Brett Beatty has been, and obviously still is  a key person in managing and protecting RCF interests in the TMT project.

And I’m very certain that if he had anything to do with contributing to the merger proposal his goal was to protect and to sell neither TMT nor RCF short!
