I had bought shares of rcg around 2 years ago. I want to participate in the spp but don't have enough spare cash to buy the maximum $15,000 at the moment. I think , most likely it will be oversubscribed. Is it worth selling most of my shares in rcg now and then using that money to buy it at 70 cents via the spp?
