p5-8 of Report. South Blackwater. 200mt. "prospective for extensive but deep Blackwater type soft to hard coking coals". "geological setting, which is well understoood". "an area of around 68km2 has higher relfectance approaching 1.0%". "there appears to be an area of sufficient size for the development of a longwall mining operation"
Similar for East Middlemount.
