    Im not sure how this is going to play out .
    Shandong owns 19.9%
    Benny wu has pledged 19.9% even though he owns 51 %
    Jindal owns 27.9%.
    So one of these shareholders(WU or Jindal) is going to have to sell more to SHandong to get more than 51
    .ANY THOUGHTS?
