    According to Table 9 in section 10.7 of the Prospectus, Management get rewarded with 1,875,000 shares (that's just over $1.1millions worth at $0.00 exercise price at current share price) if revenue for current FY19 is $2million or above, which is no better than FY18, also revenue includes government R&D grant money received. Nice reward for no growth.
