Anyone have any further info on Anglo Pacific and its t/o intentions for RCO?
RCO reported a maiden pre tax profit of $3.81 million for the year ended June 30, 2009. The company attributed the profit to substantial royalty income produced by the Reefton gold operations in New Zealand, copper production at Mt Kelly and zinc/copper production at Mt Garnet, both in Queensland. Royalco said the Reefton royalty generated 5,192 ounces of physical gold worth about $6.77 million and the company expects to continue similar production volumes for a number of years. The company said it was likely to generate a similar level of net revenue in the current financial year. This, Royalco said, could result in the company implementing a dividend policy in 2010. Meanwhile, an independent valuation commissioned by Royalco, valued the company’s key royalty interests to be worth between $15.88 million to $16.96 million.
