Can anyone confirm how these operate. It looks like they are convertible into shares (500m) at BRL's option and redeemable by BRL at any time up until the maturity date (feb2018?). I can't see why BRL would not redeem using the proceeds of the cash being produced by the JV which looks subsantial.
