Everyone has their risk tolerance and investment strategies. It doesn't really matter for who said what but it came down to your money. Traders and investors, are great market combination but I believe all speculative stocks could be controlled by insiders and sharks (outsider/ manipulators) which form the force to manipulate SP. Without them, SP for tightly held companies would not be actively traded potentially. RCR is clearly in this situation before any confirmed discovery.
