    its a double top formation so the neckline is the support
    this is not the neckline (resistance) that you are thinking of (inverse H&S)
    I know you said it's unconfirmed from your previous post, but as I said if the prior trend was not there then the inverse H&S pattern will not be valid so there's no need to any confirmation.
