It is not important to have substaintial shareholders in the early cycle of resource companies. They are most likely circled by sharks and short term traders (like you) for quick money. Once they have meaningfull discovery, institutional investors/ big players would come on board. That is how market works! RCR is clearly manipulated by sharks (possibly from CPS's recent two placements) according to recent fluctuations. I predict it can go higher with short term target of 20 cents. If RCR was lucky to find a big IOCG deposit or Avalon Nb, it would make some new millionaires. Hope you will be still happy to hope your current view.
