I would say substantial holders are entering RCR currently, gradually building on the recent Capital raise. From the 10 cent mark to the 16.5 to the recent fall of around 6.3 back up to 11.5 and today's activities closing on 10.5 . Plenty of people trading but plenty accumulation. Put the drills into niobium and watch this run .
