    if MACD cross above 0 line (confirmation) and price break above the last trendline
    you can always adjust the trendline so that it hasn't break the trandline just like you did before MACD cross the 0 line.

    the trendline on your first chart looks more accurate to me, and it has already broke that trendline today but no MACD confirmation
    so false breakout? maybe.
