My understanding is Paul Dalgleish has a personal grudge against this ex employee and used shareholders money to make life as difficult as possible for this man. Rather than comply with the court determination to pay the ex employee his one year termination sum Paul Dalgleish repeatedly appealed the court decisions over 8 years and has racked up this enormous legal bill.

For a company that made $10m last year an unnecessary legal bill of around $4m is disgraceful.

In my view Paul Dalgleish should be reprimanded for using shareholder funds to pursue his feud.
