Your 10-15% cost estimate is close to the mark from what I have heard from some geologists. So if the 44m lb was close to the mark (way above both our estimates of 30m lb), then at the current U3O8 spot Price of $91AUD lb, then that would gross profit around........I won't even writ.......huge numbers. Let others do the maths. Mind blowing.
Even if we were ULTRA conservative and based calcs on a deposit of only 20m lb and doubled or even tripled the mining costs, then this company is extremely undervalued. Of course, I guess we should discount some based on the current WA mining policy.
But seriously, do some comparisons with BMN, DYL, SMM and even EXT and check out how undervalued UNX is.
