"Each share has one (1) free attaching listed (PENOA) option exercisable at 3 cents on or before 30 June 2012 for every four (4) new shares issued pursuant to the Placement."
"EACH SHARE"?...each single share?...so 1-for-1????
"for every 4 new shares"...so 1-for-4?...
I am confused. lol
