I'm not sure if you guys read the announcement right. The result is for the year ending 30 June 2015 so all financials are as at 30 June. The only bit that's not is the order book which they've also said that excluding the acquisition it's $881m which is up from 31 December.
Yes the gain on sale of property is one-off, but so is the $15.4m restructuring cost, net-net you're even. The key takeaway from this result is margin hasn't been crushed like its peers and on the higher order book (of $881m) you can almost be sure that next year's revenue is going to be higher. Next catalyst is acquisitions of smaller rivals and putting the balance sheet to work
