From the Fin Review article:
"Analysts have also been worried about delays to some of RCR's solar projects. Citigroup said in late July that the commissioning process was taking longer than expected at the Sun Metals solar farm in Queensland's Townsville, estimating that costs could blow out by $7 million."
So in answer to your question, no...or then again maybe. In the context of the next few years it doesn't worry me.
